Qualifying teams can book a no-cost, one-hour training block at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park the day before their first day of competition. Girls teams can only book on July 16, and boys teams can only book on July 19. 

• Practice blocks start on the hour.
• The first training block starts at 8 a.m. and the last training block starts at 8 p.m.
• No training sessions are allowed on the grass fields.
• Due to availability, teams are only allowed a one-hour block on half a turf field. 
• US Club Soccer does not provide balls, cones, training equipment, bench tents or hydration for training blocks. 

Training blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be reserved by contacting Justin Peterman at jpeterman@usclubsoccer.org. When requesting, please include the following: gender, age group, team name, on-site contact name, on-site contact email address and on-site contact cell phone number.
